Fady Mansour

Fady Mansour is a criminal lawyer and partner with Friedman Mansour LLP.

Fady graduated from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law in 2015 and thereafter clerked at the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, where he worked closely with the Justices of the Court. This experience afforded him an opportunity to observe the judicial decision-making process first hand and to observe excellent trial and appellate advocacy.

After clerking, he articled at a prominent defence firm in Edmonton and joined as an associate after being called to the bar in 2016.

Fady is a member of the Law Societies of Ontario, Alberta and the Northwest Territories.

He has acted for individuals charged with a wide variety of criminal matters including murder, attempted murder, firearms offences, major sexual assault, drug trafficking and child pornography.

In his free time, Fady is an avid target shooter and hunter and as such, he has a strong interest in firearms law as well as offences arising from the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act. His personal knowledge of a wide variety of firearms and hunting experience assists him in defending individuals charged with these offences.

Fady understands that being charged with a criminal offence is an extremely stressful experience and is eager to help clients navigate this daunting process.

Fady is fluent in both English and Arabic and is able to assist clients in either language.

Our 3-Step Process

You come first at every move — and are kept informed of progress from our first meeting until the conclusion of your case. This is our three-step process:

Step 1

People at table with hands

We Listen to You

What have you been charged with? Why? What are the exact circumstances of your arrest and what has happened since? From here we can decide how we can assist in your case.

Step 2

We Strategize with You

Once we understand the details of your case, we will discuss the best strategy for your defence — whether this is to push for case dismissal, acquittal at a trial, or plea bargaining.

Step 3

People shaking hands

We Defend You

This is where you leave it to us. We handle court appearances, pre-trial meetings, negotiations with judges and prosecution lawyers, as we work towards the most favorable solution for you.

We are committed to justice for all. Let us make the difference.
